Returns Policy
"We want you to be delighted with every BB item you purchase. However, if you need to make a return, here's what you need to know:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items.

Please ensure all returned items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items that are not in resalable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond the 30-day window.
To initiate a return:

Use the most economical shipping option available to you to avoid additional costs.

Allow up to 21 working days for us to receive your return at our warehouse.

Once received, we'll send you an email confirming whether your return has been accepted. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
While we aim to accept all returns, if an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable items.

In which cases can I return the product?
Products can be returned in these two conditions:

You have received a damaged product: A product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure the best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed.

Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, colour and/or size.

Who pays the postal/shipping charges for
the returned goods?
The customer pays the return shipping charges. We do not reimburse the shipping charges.

The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with us.

The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.

The product you’re returning must be unused and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR SOILED IN CONDITION.

Products in sets cannot be returned individually.

If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.

Please note that the products might look slightly different from the ones you see on the website, especially in terms of colour.

If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact us within 48 hrs from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if a concern is not raised within this stipulated period.

When making an exchange for a different item, please note that an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.

If the price of your new item is lower than the item you initially purchased, your original payment method will be refunded the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.

Conversely, if the price of your new item exceeds that of the item you originally bought, your original payment method will be charged the price difference, along with the applicable new shipping fee.

Cancellation
According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000, you possess the legal entitlement to terminate the contract within seven working days of receiving the Goods. To initiate cancellation, you must notify us in writing via email at support@beyondblanks.in
Additionally, you are required to promptly return the goods to us. Upon receipt, we will process your refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, hence we recommend obtaining proof of postage to safeguard against any potential loss during return transit.
Furthermore, it is imperative that you exercise reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession, as failing to do so may result in legal ramifications, including potential compensation claims against you.
